Most of the websites today require Javascript to run in order for its contents to be correctly displayed.
With ProWebScraper, you are able to control whether Javascript is enabled for a web page or not.
When Enable JavaScript
When loading a webpage into ProWebScraper, it's possible that the webpage might not load successfully because of below reasons :
- Crawl a page and generate pre-rendered content
- Javascript Execution i.e. you want to extract data which loaded by Javascript Or AJAX
- Want to extract almost everything which you can see on Webpage
At that time you can enable javascript to load that webpage like below :
When Disable JavaScript
However, Javascript is often required for all of a page’s contents to fully appear, but it is not always required.
Disable Javascript load webpages much quicker, speeding up data extraction.
If you can extract the data that you need with Javascript disabled then you should do that in order to speed up your extraction.
